I offer a free one hour consultation on-line, on in your home, to understand more about your needs, style and budget. I will then provide you with a costed proposal for the works, and if you are happy to proceed I will take a detailed brief to ensure I deliver the project to your exact requirements. 

 

My interior design service starts with mood board options to give you an idea of the colours, style, furniture and furnishings to be used.

 

For projects involving remodelling of the space, I will give you scaled plans of the room and  produce a number of different layout options to show how it could be redesigned to make best use of the space. 

 

I will also produce 3D visuals of the different layout options as this really helps bring the plans to life and enables you to clearly visualise how the finished scheme would look.  

Once the plans and mood board have been agreed with you, the next step is to specify all the fixtures, fittings and materials.

 

This involves sourcing everything that will be needed to complete the project. This not only includes the main elements such as kitchen units or bathroom sanitary ware but will also include flooring, soft furnishings, furniture, paint, lighting and decorative accessories.

I like to source products from a range of different suppliers, whether it be high end or high street, boutique or bespoke, but will always ensure I select the best options within your budget. 

​

I will provide you with a detailed spreadsheet showing every item to be purchased, who the supplier is and the cost, along with web links so you can see each item before making a decision on whether you wish to buy it.

I can also buy many products  at trade prices, which will be cheaper than if you were to buy them yourself. As I will pass on these discounts to you, the savings can go a long way to offsetting the cost of my fees. 

The final stage in the process involves project managing the implementation of the works. The benefit is that you get the space you always dreamed of, but without the stress and the hassle of having to manage it yourself.

I can bring on board the right contractors to do the work, or alternatively you may wish to use your own contractors - I am happy with either approach.

As a qualified Project Manager, I have the right skills and experience to know how your project should be managed to ensure it runs smoothly and is delivered on time and to budget.

 

Producing detailed specifications and plans for builders and other contractors is absolutely essential for ensuring that the work is done to your exact requirements.

 

I will also provide you with a detailed budget sheet throughout the works so you can keep track of spend.

 

During the build process I will make frequent visits to the site to review progress. I will liaise regularly with you and the contractors to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure that the end result is exactly as you wanted.
